Contract Agreement
1. Scope of Agreement
This agreement covers the purchase of Ready to Wear Gown(s) and/or Suit(s) from Frannie Wei Pret-a-Porter. This includes fitting, alterations (if applicable), and final pick up.
2. Terms of Payment
The total amount of the purchase shall be paid as follows:
Any payment made is non refundable and non transferable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, change of mind, or inability to use the item/s.
03 — Ready to Wear Gown & Suit Stipulations
- All items are pre-made and available in standard sizes.
- Alterations (if needed) are subject to the in-house alteration policy and may incur additional charges.
- Availability of items is not guaranteed until the downpayment has been made.
- The Designer reserves the right to refuse any alteration request that may compromise the design or structure of the garment.
- Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
4. Fitting Schedule
- A prior appointment is required for all fitting schedules.
- The Client is allowed maximum of 2 fitting appointments. Additional fittings may be subject to a service fee.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- A 15-minute grace period will be allowed.
- Late arrival of more than 15 minutes or no-show may result in rescheduling.
5. Pick Up Policy
- The gown/suit must be picked up on the agreed date.
- A storage fee may be charged for items not claimed within 7 days after the scheduled pick up date.
6. Care & Handling
- Please handle the gown/suit with care.
- The Designer is not liable for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Minor imperfections are inherent in hand-finished garments and do not constitute defects.
7. Cancellation
- Once the downpayment is made, the order is considered confirmed.
- Cancellation of the order for any reason shall forfeit all payments made.
Gown & Suit Rental Policy
This Rental Policy is separate from the purchase Contract Agreement above. It applies only to gown and suit rentals from Frannie Wei Pret-a-Porter.
Reservation & Booking
Reservations are confirmed upon down payment. The reservation is non-transferable.
Fitting & Measurements
Fittings are required to ensure the best fit. Alterations may be made for fit but not for design.
Payment
Full payment is required within the agreed schedule. Additional fees may apply for alterations and rush services.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required. It is refundable after item return and inspection.
Items Included
The rental includes the outfit and standard accessories. Other accessories are available upon request.
Care & Handling
Handle with care. Avoid food, drinks, makeup, oils, and sharp objects.
Damage, Stains & Missing Items
Client is responsible for any damage, stains, or missing items. Repair or replacement costs will be charged.
Return of Items
Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Late Return
Late return without prior notice will be charged per day. Continued delay may result in additional charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the terms in the rental agreement. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
Client’s Responsibility
Client must inspect the item upon release. All rental terms and applicable charges have been explained and agreed.
